Staffed Residential

Our approach to housing is person-centred, from the decor to each Individual’s health care plan. The majority of the Individuals placed in our residential homes have been through multiple placements and have had short-term stays in facilities as a result of their challenges and complex care needs.

Our model of support is flexible with staff available and on call 24-hours daily, seven days per week. Our reporting is done monthly and reviewed to create short-term and long-term goals with quarterly review. We also look back to review daily progress notes to evaluate and track progress toward an Individual’s goals.

We currently have two homes for adults who have a developmental disability and who experience mental health issues, addictions, and challenging behavior that poses risk to themselves.
