We are currently growing our organization and recruiting staff for our collaborative team in part time and full time roles. Please contact us if you are interested in helping build our services that will help provide much needed supportive services in our community. 

We are recruiting Home Share Families, starting with a community feedback and information session. We know from experience that the work of a Home Share Family works best with a mutually respectful, supportive relationship with an experienced organization that empowers families and the Individuals they support. As an organization we listen to your experience of what is going well and where we might have opportunities to collaborate to better meet needs and challenges, along with training on how to best provide person centered care planning for Individuals. 

We support Home Share Families through fun welcoming events and activities, peer support, professional skills training opportunities, optional mentorship/mentee matching to make the experience as enriching as possible for families and Individuals. 

Our referrals come from CLBC and we are accepting new Individuals for each of the programs we are approved to offer. Individuals and families can request placement with Wesakechak and we will work to make transitions as seamless as possible.
