Life on the farm

  Our farm is situated on 90 acres, one mile from Dawson Creek. This rural environment provides rich opportunities for Individuals to spend time outdoors learning about farming and animal care.

Animals on the farm are involved in daily programming. Supported Individuals interested in learning about and caring for animals are provided opportunities to work with rescued horses and cats. Additionally, working around the farm provides sustainable, regular employment for Individuals.

Through these programs, we have the opportunities to enhance overall health and confidence that promotes leadership skills and independence, healthy lifestyles, physical fitness and nutrition, entertainment, friendship and so much more.

Our location also serves as an ideal venue for hosting both small and large recreational gatherings. Gatherings hosted at the farm foster a sense of belonging, and create avenues for Supported Individuals to participate in events where they can build relationships with the greater community — and have fun doing it.
